From humble beginnings…
Circle Insurance Service, Inc. was formed in 1972 from the vision of noted local insurance professionals Robert Rammer and Roland Lemmenes. As individual small agency owners, Robert and Roland had a limited scope of products and services they could provide to the clients. They recognized that, together, they could offer a complete solutions for their clients and combined their agencies under one roof. Their increased size and combined knowledge unlocked a wide range of options and company choices, allowing them to tailor coverage to meet the exact needs of each client.
Over the years…
Robert and Roland served the greater Sheboygan area as a team until Robert’s passing in 1988. Roland’s desire to continue Circle Insurance Service as a large agency led him to Wayne Dreier and a new partnership was formed. Wayne’s agency, Wernecke Insurance, was merged into Circle Insurance. The new partnership added the companies formerly represented by Wernecke to Circle Insurance’s expanding range of product and service offerings.
In 1992, Circle Insurance expanded once again when Randall Williams merged his agency, Hameister Insurance, into Circle Insurance Service. Another new partnership meant several more products and services were added to the lineup of products and services. Roland Lemmenes continued with Circle Insurance Service until his retirement in 1995 and Lori Pentek joined our team in 1996.
Circle Insurance Service today…
With the passing of time comes change and over the years some of the companies we represent have changed as well. We regularly evaluate our carriers, selecting only those that align with our core values of service, integrity and satisfaction. These regular reviews have allowed us to offer the best choices for all of your specific insurance needs. The carriers we represent are the same ones we use for ourselves, our families and our friends.
Wayne Dreier retired July 1st, 2017. Today, Circle Insurance Service is wholly owned and operated by Randall Williams who is assisted by Office Manager Lori Pentek.
Randy is a Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC). He participates in regular continuing education, continues to attend institutes held by The National Alliance for Education & Research and has received Tenured status as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Lori holds her CISR designation from The Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives demonstrating her commitment to on-going education and providing superior service to our clients.
